Updates: First Day of School

Greetings Wynbrooke Parents

It was great seeing so many of you at our Open House on Wednesday! Our entire team is super excited about the upcoming school year and look forward to taking all Wynbrooke students to new heights! In preparation for the first days of school, please take time to read the updates below so that you can plan accordingly.

Our doors will open at 7:00 am! There will be a high volume of traffic on our campus so please plan ahead and bring with you lots of patience as we welcome our students back to school.

If you attended Open House, your child will report directly to his/her classroom on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday, all students will report to the grade level holding room.

If you have a returning student and did not attend Open House, you should report to your grade level hallway to get a class assignment. All returning students are required to provide the teacher with a current proof of residence (Lease, Mortgage Statement, Gas or Electric Bill) labeled with your child’s name.

All newly selected students should report to the cafeteria to complete registration.

Kidgopher is a new program that will be used for car rider and walker dismissal. If you did not complete the Kidgopher registration process, you will need to do so ASAP. We will have a Kidgopher Registration Table available Monday morning in the cafeteria 7:50 am-10:00 am and also in the afternoon near the front office 12:30 pm-1:45 pm. Additional dates and times for parents and other authorized family members/friends to complete registration will be posted on the website. Please visit our website to learn more about Kidgopher.

Back to School Parent Orientation:

It is important for all parents to attend our Back to School Parent Orientation, which is scheduled for Tuesday, 7th (K-2) 6:00 pm and Thursday, 9th  (3-5) 6:00 pm. We will discuss very important information about our expectations for a student-centered partnership as well as school-wide rituals and routines to kick off the school year. All parents who attend will receive ONEvolunteer hour.

Our PTA will be available so you can purchase PTA Membership, Spirit wear, and Student Agendas.

Please visit our website for other important dates and information.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday!
